These terms explain how achsanya.com ("Achsanya", "we") works. By creating an account, listing a property or contacting a host, you agree to them. Achsanya is run by Linkit Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13490059), registered office 34 Fairview Road, London N15 6LL. 1. What Achsanya is
Achsanya is a listing website. It helps heimishe families find short-term accommodation, and helps hosts show their properties. We do not take bookings or payments. Guests contact hosts directly, and any agreement about a stay (dates, price, deposit, house rules) is made only between the guest and the host. Achsanya is not a party to that agreement.
2. Kosher standards
Achsanya is for families who keep strictly kosher / glatt kosher standards. Hosts confirm that their property is strictly kosher / glatt kosher, has no TV, and has no inappropriate pictures on display. Guests confirm that they, and everyone staying with them, keep strictly kosher / glatt kosher standards. We rely on these confirmations and do not inspect properties.
3. For hosts
- Everything you list must be true and up to date: the address, rooms, beds, photos, price, availability and kosher details.
- Only list a property you have the right to let. You are responsible for any permissions, insurance, safety requirements, taxes and local rules that apply to letting it (for example, in London most whole homes can only be let short-term for up to 90 nights a year without planning permission).
- Photos must be of the actual property, and you must have the right to use them. By uploading them, you allow us to show them on Achsanya and in our own adverts for Achsanya.
- We check each listing before it goes live. We may ask for changes, refuse a listing, or take one down at any time, for example if it is inaccurate or does not meet the kosher standards.
- Listing is free for the first 50 properties. If we introduce charges in the future, we will tell you in advance, and you can remove your listing at any time.
4. For guests
- Please check the property, price and arrangements with the host directly before you agree a stay or pay anything.
- Walking times and maps are estimates and show the general area only.
- Treat the property with respect and follow the host's house rules.
5. Using the website fairly
Please do not post false information, send spam or unwanted messages, copy listings or photos, or try to interfere with the website. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Achsanya accurate and running, but listings are written by hosts and we cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for a stay itself, or for anything that happens between a guest and a host. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
